Multilingual Sales Coordinator for Gaming Peripherals

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our multilingual commercial team covering Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in handling B2B accounts, participating in sales and development strategies, and reporting strategic updates to our branches in Japan and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales meetings with Retailers and Distributors in the EU and elsewhere.
  • Prepare commercial analysis and proposals based on market knowledge and business needs.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including sales analysis, campaign proposals, and social media engagement.
  • Report on account activity to headquarters in Japan and the US.
  • Assist with licensing agreements and sales activities with hardware and software makers.
  • Translate product information into European languages for packaging, manuals, and website content.
  • Accompany senior management on trips and provide interpretation services as needed.
  • Manage sales contracts, including negotiation and drafting.
  • Monitor industry news and relay relevant information to the team.
  • Monitor client financial health and handle overdue invoices.
  • Conduct sales forecasting activities.
  • Manage day-to-day activities proactively.
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot problems, answer questions from sellers and end-users, and handle complaints.
  • Visit physical stores with clients to check product presentation and visibility.

Mandatory Skills:

Business-level proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or German, along with English and Japanese.

  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset for sales data
  • Proactive nature, able to self-manage priorities while consulting with managers
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in a Japanese corporate environment is a plus, but not necessary
  • Previous office experience is highly valued, but not required

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role in SW18
  • Monday to Friday working hours
