About the role:

This Sales Coordinator position plays a crucial role in handling key B2B accounts in Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa. As part of our multilingual commercial team, you will participate in sales and development strategies for your assigned region. You will be responsible for internal communication, reporting strategic updates to our branches in Japan and the US, and contributing to new product proposals based on your knowledge of the gaming market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales meetings with retailers and distributors in the EU and elsewhere.
  • Prepare commercial analysis as needed and target.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including sales analysis, campaign proposals, and social media connections.
  • Report on account activity to headquarters in Japan and the US.
  • Assist with licensing agreements, including sales activities with hardware and software makers.
  • Translate product information from Japanese or English into your European language for packaging, manuals, and website content.
  • Accompany senior management on trips and interpret if necessary.
  • Manage sales contracts, including negotiation and drafting.
  • Monitor and relay relevant news in the gaming peripheral industry.
  • Monitor the financial health of clients and handle overdue invoices.
  • Conduct sales forecasting activities.
  • Manage day-to-day activities proactively.
  • Perform other sales-related duties for worldwide markets and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot problems, answer questions from sellers and end-users, and handle complaints.
  • Visit physical stores with clients in the UK and abroad to check product presentation and visibility.

Mandatory Skill:

Business-level skill in Italian, Spanish, or German, along with English and Japanese.

  • Experience in a Japanese corporate environment is appreciated but not necessary.
