Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Sales & Coordinator to join our team at Centre People. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Italian, English, and Japanese, and experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in sales calls to retailers and distributors in the EMEA region.
- Conduct market analysis, ad planning, and sales forecasting to drive business growth.
- Acquire licensing agreements with hardware and software makers.
- Translate product information, instructions, and business-related documents to and from Japanese, English, and Italian.
- Research patent-related information within the game industry.
- Manage bank accounts and petty cash.
- Perform other sales-related duties for worldwide markets and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of office experience, preferably in sales-related roles.
- Totally native level Italian, fluent English, and Japanese (ideally JLPT N2 or higher).
- Other European language ability is a bonus.
- Interest in digital/gaming/entertainment industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and flexible attitude.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30 (5 days office-based)
Visa: Centre People may be able to provide visa support for the right candidate who meets all the criteria.
