Sample Registration Coordinator

About the Role
SGS UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Registration Assistant to join our team in Ellesmere Port. As a Sample Registration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth registration of samples received from customers into our laboratory system.
Key Responsibilities
- Register samples accurately and efficiently into the laboratory system, ensuring timely analysis and delivery of results to customers.
- Liaise with customer service to resolve sample queries and deviations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Create customer references in the laboratory system, ensuring all customer equipment data is up-to-date and correct.
- Print customer asset labels for registration and mobile app purposes.
- Ensure accurate entry and receipt of incoming samples onto Labware, adhering to the correct analysis and printing labels as required.
- Distribute sample information to relevant departments and respond to customer requests, processing samples in accordance with their requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume submission environment with tight deadlines.
- Previous data entry/admin experience.
- GCSE in Science, Mathematics, and English grades A to C or equivalent.
