Event Manager Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional events. As our Event Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events, from setup to close down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of events.
- Manage staff and agency personnel effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all event staff are briefed on their roles and responsibilities.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service during events.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Oversee close down and reset for the next event as required.
- Ensure adherence to all checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on event timings.
