Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Nurse to join our Community Palliative Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert clinical assessment and judgement to patients and their families, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing autonomous and multi-disciplinary team working, including supporting other members of the team with development.
- Leading and contributing to the development of palliative care services, including symptom management and communication skills training.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
