About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors in north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate project estimates, taking into account various factors such as project scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, estimators, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and insights for project estimation.
  • Provide expert estimation advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project estimation, delivery, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
