Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing commercial activities with a high degree of acumen, identifying opportunities to add value throughout the project process, and leading the commercial and pricing element of tenders or cost plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage commercial activities with a high degree of acumen.
  2. Identify opportunities to add value throughout the project process.
  3. Lead and prepare the commercial and pricing element of tenders or cost plans.
  4. Prepare whole life costing analysis.
  5. Prepare preconstruction element of the project waste management plan.
Essential Criteria
  1. Successful delivery of tenders on a wide range of projects.
  2. Experience of controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
