About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across multiple sectors in north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial activities with a high degree of acumen.
  • Identify opportunities to add value throughout the project process.
  • Lead and prepare the complete commercial and pricing element of a tender or cost plan.
  • Prepare whole life costing analysis.
  • Prepare preconstruction element of the project waste management plan.
Requirements
  • Successful delivery of tenders on a wide range of projects.
  • Experience of various construction methods.
  • Experience of controlling costs, timing, and quality in line with targets.
  • Good standard of mathematical ability.
