We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR advice and support to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
