The TOCA Social brand is a revolutionary dining and entertainment experience that combines football with a unique twist. With multiple UK venues in London and Birmingham, the company has announced plans to expand globally, including locations in Westfield White City, Paris CNIT Westfield, Dallas, and Monterrey.

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Events Coordinator to support corporate events at our London and Birmingham venues. As the administrative backbone of our event process, you will coordinate logistics, handle details, and liaise with operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a proven record of strong administration experience. The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive run sheets for each event, ensuring all event elements, timings, and requirements are clearly outlined.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests leading up to the event, providing timely updates and addressing any logistical or operational questions.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to communicate specific guest needs and event expectations, acting as the bridge between guests and venue team.
