About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Safran Seats. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial and business partnering support for our Engineering business area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide month-end accounting and reporting of financial performance based on IFRS15 Revenue from Contracts principles, including analysis and advice on corrective actions.
- Ensure overall IFRS15 reporting compliance for the business.
- Coordinate and calculate the annual RDEC self-assessment claim and Patent Box tax claim.
- Lead financial submission of all Engineering/Technology grant applications.
- Approve purchase requisitions and facilitate robust inputs from business areas for forecasts, budgets, and the MTP.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager – Programmes & Engineering, Management Accountant – Programmes and Purchasing, and Programme Managers and Directors to provide financial support for EAC reviews.
- Provide monthly analysis and forecasts of cost-saving initiatives for the Engineering business area, including validation of claimed savings.
- Review and analyze RTDI on a monthly basis.
- Promote increased financial understanding and awareness in business areas through informative and value-added KPI reporting.
- Ensure adequate financial controls are in place and maintained, acting as the conscience of the business to ensure adherence to best practice.

Specific Requirements
