Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Advisor to join our sales team at Sky. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling our products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Sky products to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
