Operations Administrator Manager

D CV Technologies Limited is seeking an Operations Administrator Manager to join their team in Lincolnshire.

This is a permanent position, working 7:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am-12:30pm on Fridays. The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,000, which is in line with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

DCV Technologies Limited is a leading manufacturer of bearing technologies based in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the launch of paperwork to accompany orders being processed through the shop floor.
  • Coordinate amendments on manufacturing orders waiting to start and already started.
  • Collaborate with other departments for guidance and instructions on making unique amendments.
  • Ensure the latest information is updated on the system and reflected on paperwork when required.
  • Verify completed paperwork to ensure all information is present and correct prior to being sent for archive scanning.
  • Support Planners with the execution of plans.
  • Work with daily reports to ensure data on the system is correct and accurate.
  • Implement drawing and routing amendments as instructed by the Drawing Office, ensuring the latest information is updated on the system and reflected on paperwork.
  • Process quantity deviations on started orders when an order has made more or less than originally planned.
  • Analyze transaction anomalies and correct as required.
