About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that key business goals are understood and requirements are documented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with design, development, and test colleagues to ensure quality business solutions that address the requirements of the business are delivered.
  • Participate, lead, and contribute to relevant business and scrum/project meetings.
  • Lead other business analysts to help us develop the change strategy by supporting projects through the development and testing lifecycle, including implementation.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with facilitating.
  • Ability to lead, negotiate, and influence – to challenge and drive the necessary changes.
  • Experience of working on medium to large-scale assignments.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques.

  • Salary national range £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
