Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, data analysis, and ERP/MRP systems is essential. Six Sigma certification is advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and refine manufacturing and assembly processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and optimise assembly line layouts, conducting time and motion studies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and cut costs.
  • Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
