As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading production employees to execute assembly, test, and paint processes within the manufacturing facility. You will also be involved in delivering operational excellence in manufacturing large power systems and drivetrain components, leveraging Caterpillar's Production System (Lean Manufacturing) Principles to achieve People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost (PQVC) improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as Automotive, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Control Systems, Electrical, Integrated Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Motorsport, or Systems Engineering
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
