Nuffield Health is committed to delivering exceptional service to our members at our Oxfordshire Fitness & Wellbeing Club.

We're seeking an Aquatic Safety Specialist to help us achieve this goal by ensuring the safety and well-being of our members when using the wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.

To excel in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a high level of vigilance during working hours, anticipating and responding to potential safety hazards.
  2. Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Act swiftly in response to any incidents or safety concerns that may arise.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,480 per annum (pro-rata), which translates to approximately £12.03 per hour for 8 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.
