Job Overview

Polaris is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Education team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • 30 days' annual leave increasing to 35 days with length of service, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Company Pension Scheme, Life Insurance x2, Employee Discount Scheme, and On-Site Free Parking.
