Join Our Team as a Community Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Worker to join our team in the Rhymney area of Cardiff. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Full, current driving license and use of a vehicle
  • Ability to work a rolling 7-day rota, including weekends
  • Flexibility to work three 7-hour shifts per week
  • Enhanced DBS check
