About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Pro Care Nursing Agency Ltd. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Cardiff and Vale area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aids.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks as required.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as conversation, games, and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, including medication administration and any incidents or concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a domiciliary setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel between client homes is required.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
