Noah's Ark Children's Hospice is seeking a skilled paediatric nurse to join their Specialist Care Team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to children with life-limiting conditions, supporting them and their families in various settings, including The Ark, the charity's state-of-the-art children's hospice building.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or senior Band 5 nurse to develop their skills in paediatric palliative care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seriously unwell children and their families.

Key responsibilities include caring for children staying at The Ark, supporting those visiting for day care, and providing family-centred care in community settings.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with excellent clinical and communication skills, creativity, and a passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

A minimum of two years post-registration experience, including at least one year of nursing children with life-limiting, life-threatening, or complex medical needs, is highly desirable.

Previous experience working with children who have tracheotomies and/or require long-term ventilation, as well as knowledge of intravenous line care and therapies, including parenteral nutrition, is also advantageous.
