Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees West Byfleet Nursery.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
