About the Role

Busy Bees West Byfleet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as a Senior Nursery Room Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained. Your role will involve observing, assessing, and planning for the development of our children, as well as coaching and managing our team of practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the nursery
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning processes
  • Coach and support the development of our team members
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives
