About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees West Byfleet. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are delivered to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
