About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Van Technician to join our team at Rygor Auto in Kidderminster. As a Van Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of vehicle maintenance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on LCV vehicles
  • Identify and replace worn or faulty components in accordance with DVSA standards
  • Use Keyloop/Kerridge modules to manage vehicle data and customer information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality standards

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
  • Current and full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Practical experience in a workshop environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
