Medical Practitioner

We are seeking 2-3 GPs to support our healthcare service in meeting the care needs of our patient population over the winter period.
Your role will be that of an autonomous general practitioner working independently with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat the conditions of patients attending within a primary care setting.
You will be expected to provide expert professional advice to patients, carers, and colleagues whilst maintaining clinical excellence, and to be professionally accountable and responsible for all elements of clinical practice in accordance with the GMC code of conduct, ensuring the safety of patients and quality of their care is primary.
The successful candidate will be available to undertake a variety of duties which will include - but may not be limited to - consultations with patients in all formats: face to face, telephone, and online.
Working together innovatively with other local health and social care providers, we will develop the local health and social care system our shared patient population needs to ensure positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
Key requirements include:
- Experience of working as part of the wider General Practice team.
- UK driver's licence.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
