Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Harbour Healthcare Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job Purpose:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the care needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct nursing care as required. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and document resident care needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and documenting care
- Supervise and instruct junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development
- Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities
