We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Willing Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor and record resident conditions, promptly reporting any changes to relevant team members.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Supervise and support care assistants in delivering person-centred care to residents.
- RGN qualification with a valid and current registration with the NMC.
- Prior experience in a nursing home or care home setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
