About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lettings Manager to join a dynamic property investment company based in Bristol. Our clients have a proven track record of success in the property market and are now looking to expand their team with a talented individual who can help drive their business forward.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing lettings valuations, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also be expected to foster strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and develop innovative strategies to increase lettings business
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Oversee lettings valuations and property onboarding
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Foster a positive culture, motivating and leading from the front
  • Review and improve processes and procedures to optimize business performance
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Report on profit and loss, and forecast business performance
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on legislation and upcoming changes
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Director
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills and excellent presentation
  • Man management experience
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business
  • Some Property Management experience essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
