Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is highly desirable
Requirements
  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
