Key Role Summary

The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major national retail accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability within the FMCG sector.
  • Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and joint business planning sessions with key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to optimize account performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Utilize customer insights and market data to drive category growth and recommend product innovations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of developing relationships with key retailers and a proven track record of driving sales growth and category development.
