Our 60-bedded modern nursing home is dedicated to providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults living with dementia. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care that respects the dignity and individuality of each resident.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time 36-hour position working nights, offering a competitive salary of £22.05 per hour + paid breaks. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents with complex needs.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- To maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC registration number (RGN / RMN)
- Eligibility to work and live in the UK
- Prior experience in a care home setting advantageous
