Job Title: CCTV Retail Security Officer

Job Overview:

Mitie is seeking a skilled Retail Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and create a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver industry-leading customer service
  • Deter violence and public order offences
  • Conduct patrols of the store
  • Utilize CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
  • Liaise with store management teams
  • Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships to foster a great working relationship
  • Wear Body Worn CCTV to support crime reduction and colleague and customer safety
