About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Economic Growth and Infrastructure to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in economic growth and infrastructure, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. The role will involve overseeing, managing and mentoring a team of experts, as well as developing and implementing business development strategies to grow our portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of experts in economic growth and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our portfolio of projects
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on economic growth and infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the international development consulting industry, ideally in a practice leadership / deputy leadership position
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • Technical expertise in economic growth and infrastructure, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable and impactful results
  • Business development expertise, with a proven track record of winning new large contracts
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of financial drivers at a project and corporate level
