Overview
BMS Performance is a supplier of high-quality continental foods and ingredients, sold into high-end clients across manufacturing, catering, and retail industries.
We are seeking to add 3 graduates to our sales team, where you will be responsible for meeting new business prospects, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, and liaising with the sales team on market trends.
This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate seeking to break into a business-to-business sales role and meet clients in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet new business prospects and work with them to create long-term customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with an existing customer base
- Liaise with the existing sales team on market trends to help forge sales strategy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident individual who considers themselves a strong relationship builder. You should be comfortable traveling to different places every day to meet new people.
You will also need to possess resilience and tenacity to navigate the ups and downs of sales, as well as motivation to work towards targets.

Salary: £28k base salary, £38k OTE (On-Target Earnings)
