About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our service areas in delivering the Trust's objectives and People Strategy, as well as the national NHS Workforce Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and provide senior HR expertise on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, attendance, change management, workforce planning, talent management, and policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to managers and staff within a large business area/service or several small business areas/services.
  • Lead on projects, write reports, and implement recommendations from these.
  • Work with and influence senior managers to achieve business objectives.
About Us

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides services to West Cheshire and Welsh patients covered by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. We work collaboratively within the wider Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership. Our services are provided from three locations: The Countess of Chester Hospital, Ellesmere Port Hospital, and Tarporley War Memorial Hospital.
