We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Dolphinlee House Residential Care Home in Lancaster.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, part-time position working 28 hours per week. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older people, adults living with dementia, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with their daily routines, including meal times and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
