Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Dolphinlee House Residential Care Home in Lancaster.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position working 28 hours per week. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
