SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are working with an inspiring, Outstanding, all-through SEN school in the London Borough of Merton. They are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

The school uses creative learning to support the curriculum, including music, arts, drama, and dance. Students at this setting may have Autism/ASC, complex needs, and Severe to Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD). This role requires personal care, so being comfortable with this is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their learning and personal care needs
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery

Requirements
  • Experience of working with young people with SEN
