We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Property Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, including managing paperwork, updating databases, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the property management team
  • Clear and upload paperwork onto the CRM system
  • Manage and respond to correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Update and maintain the property management database
  • Organize and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of work
