- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products; familiarity with WFM platforms or HR/Recruitment solutions is highly desirable.
- Self-Motivated: A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
- Full UK Driving License: Required for business travel.
