As a Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and promoting our range of products from world-leading brands. You will work closely with our team to create a premium and inclusive shopping experience, connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers
  • Model the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop and maintain your product knowledge and skills
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently
  • Identify opportunities for add-on sales and promote our products effectively

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10 per hour (£9.81 for under 21's)
  • A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
  • A 40-60% discount across our range of products
  • Up to 33 days holiday (in proportion with hours worked) with the option to purchase additional holiday
