Job Description:

  • As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluating their offers, negotiating contracts, and tracking orders.
  • You will work closely with our directors to review and manage business systems and processes, ensuring all projects run efficiently.
  • In addition, you will assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses, sales, invoices, and payments accurately.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and efficient individual with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • A background in business administration within a creative industry is preferred, with some bookkeeping experience.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
