Marketing Manager Job Description

Fulkrum is a leading global provider of inspection, expediting, auditing, and technical staffing services within the energy sector. As we continue to scale our business, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Fulkrum's communication marketing strategy. This role involves significant elements of internal and external communication, supporting sales, and working closely with key account managers and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to support Fulkrum's global business goals.
  • Manage and oversee all global marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication efforts align with Fulkrum's brand values, guidelines, and agreed messaging style.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company's website and other digital assets.
  • Utilize and develop current CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing tools and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Associate or full Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
