About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Tayto Group Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our iconic Golden Wonder brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the full marketing mix, including product range planning, creative development, and campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, NPD, and Operations, to drive business growth and deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product range plan that covers the full spectrum of NPD, from innovation to EPD, and deliver it through strong project management and leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop compelling creative platforms and deliver impactful campaigns across consumer and trade media.
  • Lead brand activation across consumer platforms and trade channels, including social media, digital, POS, and trade adverts.
  • Champion the brand across the business, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth.

About You:

  • You have experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, with a strong track record of delivering marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
  • You have excellent project management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional project teams.
  • You are a driven, self-starter who can influence at all levels to generate enthusiasm, manage challenge, and drive action.
  • You have a strong commercial outlook, with experience of controlling marketing investment and interrogating internal and market data.
