Marketing Manager

Fulkrum is a leading global provider of inspection, expediting, auditing, and technical staffing services within the energy sector. As we continue to scale our business, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to support Fulkrum's global business goals.
  • Enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our business objectives through effective internal and external communication.
  • Manage and oversee all global marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and public relations.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication efforts align with Fulkrum's brand values, guidelines, and agreed messaging style, including tone of voice.
  • Assist the sales team with responsive, customised solutions throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company's website and other digital assets.
  • Utilize and develop current CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing tools and best practices.
  • Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Associate or full Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for marketing and communications.
