About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and HR systems/data.
  • Onboarding and Inductions: Coordinate the onboarding process, deliver new joiner inductions, and prepare HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle.
  • HR Systems and Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, perform audits, and contribute to data integrity initiatives.
  • HR Processes and Administration: Administer, monitor, and support human resources processes such as probation reviews, employee referrals, and benefits administration.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of human resources processes and documentation.
  • System Development: Support the definition of requirements, testing, and deployment of new and/or enhanced HR systems and functionalities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • HR Systems: Experience of working with HR Systems.
  • Technical Skills: At least intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g. PivotTables).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, customer focus, and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Education: HR qualification is desirable.
