Job Title: People Advisor/HR Advisor

Due to continued success, our global manufacturing client is seeking an experienced People Advisor/HR Advisor to join their busy People Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee lifecycle and HR queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolutions, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes across global operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years HR Advisor/Officer/Generalist experience.
  • Exposure to compensation & benefits and HRIS.
  • Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
