Key Account Manager

Signature Flatbreads UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our European sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our European sales by developing strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture relationships with key European national accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Take full ownership of account performance, including achieving sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, including price reviews, contract renewals, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to align account strategies with company objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a national account management or equivalent role, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing retail and/or foodservice accounts.
- Experience within European Retailers is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers across the European Region.
